2017 Marin Hawk Hill - Extreme Fun at an Extreme Value!

Finally, a high-value, trail-ready full suspension mountain bike for just $1499!

No matter how much you spend, we feel that everyone deserves an awesome bike, and the Hawk Hill is just that. Built around 27.5" wheels and a butted & hydroformed Series 3 aluminum chassis delivering 120mm of rear wheel travel using the MultiTrac suspension system. A RockShox Recon Silver RL fork sits up front, while an X-Fusion O2 Pro R air shock handles rear suspension duties. A wide-range Shimano Deore 1x10 drivetrain puts the power down, while Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and 27mm wide double-wally alloy rims inspire confidence.

Don't take our word for it, take a look at some other reviews on the Marin Hawk Hill...

"The Hawk Hill is a fun bike to chuck around, with good trail manners – a handy rider could take this bike into some challenging terrain with confidence.” Ben Winder, Dirt Magazine

“Many mountain bikers on a budget have to choose between a hard tail with a solid parts spec or a full suspension that cuts a lot of corners. Marin’s new bike, the Hawk Hill, appears to offer the best of both worlds: a full suspension frame with a quality build.” Aaron Chamberlain, Singletracks

“One bike we were particularly interested in is the new Marin Hawk Hill. What makes this full suspension build special is the price. For just $1,500, they’ve put together a package that includes a 1x drivetrain, wide bars, and dialed geometry.” Saris Mercanti, MTBR

“It’s all in the details. In this case, those details include quite literally, Marin’s ‘Made for Fun’ mantra. Hidden on the top of the rocker link for the new Hawk Hill, the slogan seems to represent the new additions to the 2017 line up quite well. Great prices, intelligent spec, and bikes that look like they would be a blast to ride. What’s not to like?” Zach Overholt, Bike Rumor

“While some brands focus exclusively on bikes that cost more than most used cars, Marin has found recent success by producing quality builds at a price point that mere mortals can afford... It's about time. Thank you Marin for giving this bike a realistic MSRP. Other brands have inflated MSRP so that they can put it on "sale" for the real price and make people think it is a good deal. Hope other brands follow suit.” Saris Mercanti, MTBR
